Jonathan Spence

Owner

Working with children has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I have worked with children and youth across several settings – private speech therapy, school boards, a children’s rehabilitation centre, charity organizations, and summer camps.

After graduating with my Masters of Clinical Sciences in Speech-Language Pathology at Western University, my journey through the Speech-Language Pathology world began. I immediately fell in love with my first job as a private speech therapist in the community and operating my own clinic quickly became a goal of mine. I strongly believe that communication is at the core of everything we do – so by helping children communicate, we’re helping the community to thrive!

Other than my work in the field of communication, I am very actively involved in the local Burlington community – working with children with Autism through ErinoakKids, support mentoring for the Halton Children’s Aid Society, volunteer work for the Burlington Food Bank, and youth support at a non-profit charity organization in Burlington. My number one desire is to serve people in the community – and that starts with serving the families that help make it go!

We look forward to helping your child take their next step toward becoming a better communicator!
